The key to having successful client relationships in real estate
The key 🗝 to having successful client relationships in real estate!
Are you flexible? Now, I don't mean flexible in say, you know, in an athletic way, but are you flexible in the way that you communicate and how you operate and how you go about in your relationships with your clients and other people in your life outside of real estate? One of the best skills and actually, I don't even think it's a best skill. I think it's one of the most important skills that you need in your arsenal is the ability to understand personality profiles, the ability to say this person's an analytical and then adjust the way that you communicate. People wanna work with people they know, like and trust. Trust and rapport can be easily created when you pay attention to the person on the other side of the table, are they an expressive? Are they an amiable? Are they an analytical or are they a driver? I know when I gotta talk to my husband, bullet points, that's what hits. He's a high driver and he is a high analytical. He doesn't wanna hear about my emotions and he doesn't wanna hear about my stories. Now I'm an expressive, don't come to me with just cold, hard facts. Give me a little bit of flare and a little bit of personality. Do you know your personality profiles and are you flexible? That is the key to having successful client relationships in real estate.
