Start selling more homes with a CMA a day!
One of the things that we're doing right now with a lot of our coaching clients and with our team that's working really well is called the CMA a day. What does that mean? Well, how many people do you know that own a home? And that would love to know how much equity they have in their home? Right now, it's one of the most important things that you could be doing with the people who know, like and trust you. Your past clients are hearing a lot of things on the news about recession, about possibly the housing market crashing, about inventory rising and days on market rising. Don't let them get caught in the latest headline which you and I know is all about clickbait, prepare a CMA for them. We like to use Loom. We just record a video. We send it over in an email, text them. "Hey Cristine, I just sent you over a report on your equity. When's the next time that we could talk?" The CMA a day has already given one of the agents on our team, like he did it and then a week later they called him up and said, "hey, we wanna buy this million dollar property." directly from the CMA a day.
