Is it good to buy a rental home with solar or a pool?

If you've been thinking about investing in real estate you might have questions about whether or not you should invest in homes that have solar panels or swimming pools in my opinion unless you're buying a vacation rental you definitely do not want it to have either of those things the pool is a huge liability plus there are issues as to whether or not the tenant is going to keep it up so you're going to have the extra expense of maintaining it and the solar panels add an additional expense and you're really not going to get more in rent for it so you're much better off finding a home that doesn't have a pool or solar panels especially if the solar panels are leased or on a monthly payment plan.
