How Much Money Down Do I need to Buy a Rental Property?
If you've been thinking about investing in real estate you might want to know how much down the payment you're going to need for an investment property now, traditionally you usually need 20% down for an investment property if you can look at house hacking which is where you buy a personal property and later turn it into a rental, you can get in for a lot less money down and there's also a really unique loan I recently started working with your mountain America credit union that lets you put as little as 10% down on non-owner occupied so if you're thinking about investing and 20% is hard to come up with.
