Do buyers pay for the real estate agent?🏠
How do realtors get paid if you are coming from a buyer's perspective? Well, usually as the buyer, you don't have to pay any additional money out of pocket to pay for your agent's commission. The buyer's agent is going to be paid by the seller. The listing agreement that was signed between the seller and the listing agent has agreed to pay a buyer's agent x amount of money. However, the entire transaction is being paid for with the buyer's money, right? If they're buying a house for a certain amount certain price all the commissions and all of everything is being paid for out of the proceeds of that sale. Unless it's a sale where the sellers bring money to the table. So in a way, the buyer is paying for it just not out of pocket in cash.
